Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Email Templates, operated by Soflution Ltd, whether through the web application or the Microsoft Outlook add-in. By creating an account or installing the add-in, you accept these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials between several people is not allowed; invite your teammates from the dedicated area instead.

The service offers a free plan and paid plans whose current features and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date from your settings.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies from the following renewal only.

You agree not to use the service to:

You retain ownership of the templates, signatures and files you create or upload. You grant us only the technical licence required to host, back up and display that content as part of providing the service.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you publish, including any images and trademarks it contains.

The add-in runs inside Microsoft Outlook and depends on the interfaces Microsoft makes available. We control neither the availability nor the evolution of those interfaces, and a change on their side may affect some or all features.

Your use of Outlook and Microsoft 365 remains subject to Microsoft's own terms, which are independent from these.

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur and are announced when planned. Support is reachable at contact@soflution.com.

The software, interface, brand and documentation of Email Templates remain the exclusive property of Soflution Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, with prior notice where circumstances allow.

On closure, your content is deleted within the timeframes set out in the privacy policy. Export your templates before deleting your account.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose not described in the documentation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of business or data resulting from a cause outside our control.

We may amend these terms to reflect legal or functional developments. Users are informed at least 30 days before a substantial change takes effect; continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
